Which channels does Beds24 connect to?
We synchronize with over 60 booking channels and are preferred/premium partners with Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway Group and Elite partner with Expedia. For a complete list of connected channels please see here.
How can I take payments?
With Beds24 you can collect payments for direct online bookings at the time of the booking and send payment requests go guests which works for any booking via Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.Net, globalpayments, asiapay, pesopay, siampay, paydollar and Bitpay. If you use Stripe you can even automatically collect pending payments and automatically charge credit cards sent from OTAs.
How can I communicate with guests?
Beds24 allows you to automate guest correspondence based on triggers and events. We provide a central inbox and messaging platform for Airbnb and Booking.com and the option to send Emails to guests from your own Email address, SMS or WhatsApp messages.
Can I take bookings from my website?
Our availability calendars, search widgets and booking page can be placed on any website. Widgets and booking page are fully customizable. This demo page shows examples.
I don't have a website. Can I still take online bookings?
You do not need a website to use the Channel Manager. For direct bookings you can use your Beds24 booking page as your website and direct customers to it via Emails or links on other websites. If you have a facebook page your can accept online bookings directly facebook.
Do you charge a set-up-fee?
No. Beds24 is designed as a self-service system. We do not charge any set up fees and you do the complete set up yourself using the self-service-tools and online help we provide.
How can I get support?
We provide an extensive documentation, tutorials, videos and offer regular webinar trainings in which all customers can participate. If you need personal assistance you can reach out to support team via our ticket support-system.
Is Beds24 available in my part of the world?
Yes. We have customers in over 150 countries worldwide. You can use any currency and the booking page where guests make their booking is available in over 30 languages. The control panel is available in English and German. We provide partial courtesy translations into French, Greek, Spanish and Portuguese to make it easier for staff who do not speak English or German. Customer support is available in English and German.

Signing up for the free trial opens a fully functional account. You may use this account to test all the functionality of the system for free. The trial period is 14 days, after this period expires, a payment is required to continue using the account.
I have a complicated rate structure, can Beds24.com cope with this?
The Beds24 price system can be as powerful or as simple as you require. You may offer a simple per night price or a complex combination offering different prices for different seasons, length of stay or even different nights of the week. Beds24 can enforce other rules like a minimum stay period and discounts for longer stays. Rates may be set to allow the booking to start or end only on specific days, i.e. Saturday to Saturday. We believe the Beds24 price system can handle just about every possible way of charging for an accommodation, if it can't deal with yours let us know and we will try our best to add it.
Is Beds24 GDPR compliant?
Yes. Beds24 complies with the GDPR data protection regulations.
Can I import properties?
Yes. You can import listings from Airbnb or from Booking.com or via our API.
Will I get notified about new bookings?
Hosts receive an Email notification whenever there is a new online booking, booking modification or cancellation. You can select to additionally receive SMS notifications for all, none, only new bookings arriving today, or arriving within a selectable number of days. SMS notifications can be sent to phones on 712 networks in 212 countries so yours is almost certainly covered. Emails are free but there is a small charge per SMS sent.
Can I enter bookings for walk-ins or phone bookings?

Yes. Beds24 is suitable for all types of properties and has multi-property functions for property managers managing up to hundreds of properties.
