Customer Support Agents

We are looking for self motivated Customer Support Agents for our growing team. We offer flexible part time positions working from your home office.

Tasks

  • Handling tickets and live chats with customers.
  • Resolving technical issues clients may experience with the use of software.
  • Helping customers with the initial setup and/or software use.
  • Responding to general enquiries about our software.
  • Help keeping the product documentation up to date.
  • Perform live coaching sessions via Skype or in a webinar environment.
  • Diagnose and document user related or technical issues with the software.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing). German is a big plus.
  • Good technical knowledge of SaaS environments and technical support experience.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and empathy.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions and software manuals.
  • You are a quick learner, and are open to working with new technologies and products.
  • Good communication skills written and spoken.
  • A dedicated quiet work space in your own residence with your own unshared laptop or desktop PC with a current operating and a reliable high speed internet connection (upload min. 512 KB, download min. 4 MB).
  • Discipline and efficiency to work on your own.

Bonus skills

  • Experience in the accommodation industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with CMS systems especially Wordpress.
  • Experience with Wiki software.
