Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for customer service team members to join our growing team in Berlin. The position is full time or flexible part time position with the option to partially work remotely.


  • Handling support tickets and live chats with customers.
  • Resolving issues clients may experience with the use of software.
  • Responding to general enquiries about our software.
  • Help with product testing and documentation.


  • Good communication skills in English and German (speaking and writing).
  • Strong customer orientation and empathy.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated and strong team player.
  • Flexible, analytical and a quick learner.
  • Enjoy working with new technologies and products.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in the accommodation or tourism industry.
  • Design, web design or programming experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS environments.
