Notice-and-action procedure under Section 7.6 of the Beds24 Terms and Conditions and Art. 16 Digital Services Act (DSA)

This form allows anyone to notify Beds24 of content, apps, or listings within the booking system or the Marketplace that, in their view, violate applicable law. Beds24 will confirm receipt of the report and decide on it promptly, diligently, and objectively (Section 7.6 of the Terms and Conditions). The full content-moderation rules are set out in Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
