Notifications to Hosts

The system automatically sends Emails when there is a new online booking or a modification to an online booking or a problem with a channel connection.

If you receive system messages informing you about errors it is important that you fix the problem immediately so you do not risk overbookings.

By default, all messages are sent to the Administrator Email address which is set in SETTINGS->ACCOUNT->ACCOUNT ACCESS. You can choose if messages or copies of the messages should be sent to the Property Email address set in SETTINGS->PROPERTY->DESCRIPTION.

The standard notification for bookings can not be customized but you have the option to add a Custom Message if you require additional information.

If other contacts than the admin or the property need to receive notifications you can set up an Additional Booking Notification Email.

There is no fee for Emails but if you opt in to recieve SMS messages a fee per SMS will apply.

All messages can use Template Variables to include information about the booking.
