Please note that cancellations will incur the following cancellation fees based on the accommodation fee:

- Up to 15 days prior to your stay: Free
- Between 14 and 7 days prior to your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
- Between 6 and 1 day prior to your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee
- Cancellation on the day of your stay or without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee.
◆This facility operates a contactless system, so there are no staff on-site.
◆Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight (self-check-in).
　Check-out is at 10:00 AM the following morning.
◆Payment must be made in advance by credit card.
◆Reservations are accepted from midnight 180 days prior to your stay until 10:00 AM on the day of your stay.
◆Cancellations are accepted up to 15 days prior to your stay.
　After your reservation is completed, you will receive an automated reply with check-in instructions and pre-registration instructions.
　Please be sure to pre-register your guest list.
　We will also send you a front entrance passcode three days prior to your stay.
　If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
◆The maximum capacity is eight people: Utage (3 people) and Shirasagi (5 people).
◆There is no dedicated parking, so please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
◆Smoking is prohibited indoors at the facility.
◆Please refrain from playing music or speaking loudly outdoors after 10pm as it may disturb our neighbors.
　If we receive complaints or reports from neighbors about noise, you may be asked to leave the premises.
　Thank you for your understanding.
　We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illness, injury, theft, loss, etc. that occur within the facility.
　If damage to the facility is caused by your intentional or negligent acts, we may demand compensation for damages.
