by the Tenant :
- The Tenant will not be reimbursed for 50% of the deposit received at the time of booking, representing 50% of the stay.

by the Landlord :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the booking:
- 50% on reservation
- the balance 1 week before check-in
