PAYMENT POLICY
We charge a 25% deposit at the time of booking which is refundable for the first 48 hours after the booking is made. After this time the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The balance is taken 30 days prior to arrival. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival 100% of the reservation is payable. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.
