Cancellation policy

- Reservation cancellable or modifiable before 2 weeks of the day of arrival, except for 1 or 2 villas that are cancellable 1 month before.
- If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the day of arrival (1 month for 1 or 2 villas), 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 1 week before the day of arrival or if they do not show (15 days for 1 or 2 villas),, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, without the right to any refund.
In case of early departure, MAAR House&Suites reserves the right to charge 100% of the reserved stay. Any modification made after the day of arrival will not be accepted.
