If canceled / modified up to midnight of the 14 days before the date of arrival (local time): Free.
If canceled / modified later specified date and time, 100 percent of all nights will be charged.

** The house has a self-check-in system. Passcode information is required to enter the room.
　After confirming your booking, please make sure to submit the guest registration form online at the following URL at least two days before check-in.
　Only guests who have submitted the form will receive their passcode information by email.

① Check-out time is 11:00 AM.　Late check-out is not permitted in principle.　Please be punctual.
　　The passcode on the front door is valid from 15:50 on the check-in day until 11:05 on the check-out day.
　　The period from 11:00 to 15:00 is cleaning and ventilation time. Delayed room cleaning is very disruptive to the next guests checking in.
　　Please ensure that check-out times are strictly adhered to. After check-out time, all facilities on the floor, including bedrooms,
　　living areas and toilets, cannot be used. (Re-entry is not permitted).
　　If you stay longer than the check-out time, you will be charged an additional fee of 3,000 yen / hour.
　　Our House has a free check-out system as accommodation fees are payable in advance. (No need to contact staff on check-out)
　　In the unlikely event of stains on sheets, mattresses, etc., or any stains or damage to the facilities, please do not leave them
　　unattended and be sure to inform the staff before checking out.
　　Please note that you may be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by normal cleaning procedures or damage that cannot be repaired.
　　Luggage cannot be left in the house after check-out. If you need to leave your luggage, please use the coin lockers on the ground floor of our building.
② Non-guests staying in our House are strictly forbidden to enter the guest floor!
　　For security reasons, we strictly forbid anyone other than guests who have submitted their ID card at the time of booking to enter our House.
　　Friends and relatives of our guests, who are not guests and wish to enter the premises, must obtain prior permission to enter from
　　the owner of the house.
③ Please be quiet during the night and early morning hours.
　　We kindly ask you to be considerate of the sleeping hours of guests in other bedrooms, especially if your reservation is not
　　a 'private reserve for the whole floor'.
　　In some cases, we may call the police (110) in response to complaints from neighbours about noise or trouble.
　　Please also call the police (110) regarding noise outside the house (in the neighbourhood).
④ Do not walk around in underwear or naked in common areas.
　　Guests from various countries, cultures and religions stay at the house.
　　Please respect each other's feelings and thoughts and behave considerately.
⑤ Our Houses are non-smoking in all areas of the premises to prevent fires, including balconies, elevator halls, stairwell area and other common areas.
　　If we find you smoking on the premises of our house, you will be fined 5000 yen.
　　In addition, please note that you will be asked to leave the premises afterwards, even if you have remaining days of your stay.
　　In such cases, we will not refund the accommodation fee for the remaining days of your stay.
⑥ Do not flush leftover food such as cup noodles and soup down the sink, but flush them down the toilet.
　　(This can clog the sink and cause odours.)
⑦ Flush used toilet paper down the toilet bowl. (Do not dispose of it in the waste bin.)
　　Do not flush anything other than the toilet paper provided in the toilet bowl. Doing so may cause the toilet to become blocked.
　　(Sanitary waste should be wrapped in toilet paper and placed in the waste bin).
⑧ Do not leave personal belongings in communal areas.
　　The communal areas are used by all guests during their stay.
　　Our House is not responsible for any personal items left unattended that are lost or used by other guests without permission.
⑨ The living areas and entrance halls of our houses are equipped with 24-hour CCD cameras to record guests entering and leaving the house
　　and to　protect all guests' valuable belongings and themselves.
　　Please take care of your valuables yourself.　In the event of any trouble in the House, the system allows us to immediately submit the
　　recorded data to the police.
⑩ Rental towels and sheets must be returned. In the unlikely event that they are taken away, you will be asked to pay for them.
⑪ Between 11:00 and 15:00, the living area will be cleaned.
　　In the bedrooms during your stay we will only enter to collect the rubbish in the bins.
　　Please declare in advance if you wish to 'refuse entry'.
　　You are responsible for cleaning the inside of your bedroom during your stay. Please feel free to use the cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, etc.)
　　 provided in the living area.
　　Please do not take rubbish out of the building to dispose of it, as it will be collected, sorted and disposed of by our staff during cleaning time.
⑫ Please take off your shoes in all areas of our house.　
⑬ Except for emergencies, staff are available from 9:00-23:00.
　　Please note that outside of the above hours, it may take longer to reply to messages and respond.
