Special Terms
- Full non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
- No cancellation
- Modification allowed provided that our schedule allows it.
- The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special offers.
- Please present the same credit card used to pay your booking when checking in or making payment at Meltemi Villas.

Special Terms:
- You will not be charged upon reservation
- Valid credit card number required upon booking
- Credit card will not be charged upon booking but the ongoing validity of the card will be checked occationally by preauthorising small amounts (less than €10 of value). Amounts succesfully preauthorised, will be released within the same working day.
- Credit card will be charged the full accommodation amount 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- If credit card preauthorisation or charge is declined and no valid replacement card is provided in a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
- Cancellation allowed.
    - Cancellation 4 months prior to arrival: Free cancellation
    - Cancellation 6 weeks to 4 months prior to arrival: Cancellation fee €100
    - Cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Cancellation fee equal to 40% of total accommodation amount
    - No show: No show  fee equal to 80% of total accommodation amount
