No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
Use of premises is permitted only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
Additional damage deposit may be required for special events such as Envision Fest, New Year's, etc.
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
A 20% down payment before arrival by credit card is required. The property will contact you after you book with more information.

Children with a minimum age of 5 years old are more the welcome on the premises. Usage of swimming pools and waterfall are at own risk.
