Rooms 1 and 2 are painted in a soft cream color and rooms 4 and 5 are in natural wood color. All 4 are equipped with A/C, fans,fridge, safety box,mosquito nets on all windows.

If you cancel your booking 15 days or more prior arrival no charge will be made.
If you cancel your booking 14 days up to 1 day prior arrival a 50% will be charged.
For no- shows or cancelation during the stay 100% will be charged.

Peak season period*; reservations of 15 or more days ; reservation of 8 or more persons the following policies apply:
If you cancel your booking 60 or more days prior arrival no charge will be made.
If you cancel your booking 60 to 30 days prior arrival a 50% will be charged.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or less , no- shows or cancelation during the stay 100% will be charged.

Credit Card fee: 5% surcharge is applied on all credit card payments. You can avoid this charge by paying cash at check-in.
A valid credit card is necessary to secure the reservation. The Hotel will preauthorize each credit card after receiving the reservation.

Deposit: for reservation during Peak season a deposit of 50% made 60 days prior check-in is required.

Payment Policies : We also accept payment through bank deposit ( only for costarican residents) and Paypal deposit subject to a 6% surcharge. We accept US$ cash or Colones
