◆Cancellation policy
　・Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date... Only the credit card refund fee (3.6%+Tax) will be charged.
　・Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before the check-in date... 50% of the cost plus credit card refund fee will be charged.
　・Cancellations made 13 days or less before the check-in date... 100% of the cost plus credit card refund fee will be charged.

◆How to count the number of people
　・2 years old and above: Count as "adults".
　・Ages 0-1: Not counted in the number of guests.

◆Cleaning fee
　An additional cleaning fee of 14,200 yen will be charged per reservation.
