Just 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, it's in a great location—only a 7-minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes to the nearest convenience store.

The building is a single-story 2LDK, designed with consideration for steps, height differences, and hallway width, making it safe and comfortable to use. The spacious living and dining area with high ceilings is perfect for gatherings, and the garden view that connects indoors and outdoors adds an open, relaxing feel. You can enjoy unlimited Netflix on a big-screen TV and have fun with card games. The space is carefully designed with quality and a special, out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered BBQ area and a campfire while looking out at palm trees and the large garden. The wooden deck connected to the indoor space is a great spot to relax in the fresh air, and at night, you can enjoy stargazing. Plus, the entire garden is fenced, making it a private dog park.

There is no on-site staff at this property—it is managed remotely. Guests who complete the registration form in advance will receive the entrance key code the night before check-in.

■ Guest Information Form
After booking, a guest form will be sent to your registered email. All guests must fill it out before check-in, as required by Japanese law.
Non-Japanese nationals must also upload a copy of their passport.

■ Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
*A ¥2,000 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM.
*Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage are not available to allow for cleaning and preparation.

■ Wi-Fi
After check-in using the tablet, Wi-Fi details will appear on the screen and will also be sent to your email.

■ Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes.
Please smoke outside. After 9:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum while smoking outdoors.

■ During Your Stay

  • Towels and sheets will not be replaced. Please use the washing machine.

  • There is no cleaning service during your stay.

  • If indoor bins are full, please use the outdoor garbage bins.

■ BBQ (No reservation or extra fee required)
Provided: BBQ grill, tongs, grill net, ash bucket, table and chairs
Guests should bring: food, seasonings, charcoal, fire starters

After booking, please submit the agreement form and proof of vaccination via the provided web form.
If pets are brought without prior notice, a ¥50,000 cleaning/disinfection fee will be charged.

■ Insects
This property is in a rural area, so insects may appear. Insect spray is available for your use.

■ Important Rules

  • This is not a party venue. Please avoid loud noise and be respectful of neighbors. Outdoor areas may not be used between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • Report any lost or damaged items immediately. If items cannot be repaired or cleaned, the actual cost will be charged. This applies even after checkout.

  • Taking property items home will result in a charge.

  • If more guests stay than reserved, ¥10,000 per extra guest per night will be charged. (Monitored by a security camera at the entrance.)

  • Lost items can only be shipped within Japan, cash on delivery. A ¥2,000 handling fee applies. Items left unclaimed for over 6 months will be disposed of.

  • We cannot dispose of large items like suitcases. If left behind, a ¥10,000 disposal fee will be charged.
