Cancellations made up to 30 days prior are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

・The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
・Please refrain from taking any furnishings or consumables with you.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, in front of the building, and on the road. Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas.
・If smoking is discovered on the premises, including inside the rooms, or on the roads surrounding the building, a 50,000 yen fine will be charged.
・Security cameras are installed at the entrance and on the rooftop.
