More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.

Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.

Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund.

General Rental Terms and Conditions

The guest agrees to respect the property and to return it in the same condition in which it was found.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A security deposit may be requested before arrival.

Pets: allowed under the condition that house rules are respected.
Non-smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

The Owner rents to the Guest the following property:
Gîte Les Rives de Chenonceaux, located at 15 rue de la Fosse Triomphe 37150 Civray-de-Touraine.
The property is rented furnished and equipped as described in the listing and/or in the photos provided to the Guest.
The price includes end-of-stay cleaning as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.

RENTAL PERIOD

This rental is granted for the dates selected in the booking.
Check-in: from 16:00 — Check-out: before 10:00.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS

Use the property responsibly and comply with the house rules.
Report any visible damage or malfunction within 24 hours of arrival.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy.
Follow the check-out procedure provided by the Owner, including:
Washing and putting away dishes.
Closing all windows and doors.
Turning off unnecessary lights and electrical devices.
Removing bed linen and placing it in the designated bins.
Reporting any damage and covering possible repair costs.

INSURANCE

The Guest declares that they are covered by liability insurance for any damage they may cause during the stay.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent court will be the one located in the jurisdiction of the rented property.
