Terms and Conditions of Sale – Sweet Homes Location
1. Company
EURL Sweet Homes Location, a single-member limited liability company (EURL), is registered in the Angoulême Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 984 798 116, with a capital of €2,500, whose registered office is located at 29 Rue des Mesniers, 16710 Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente, registered since 21 February 2024.
Intra-community VAT number: FR79 984 798 116.
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter ‘GTC’) govern the contractual relationship between Sweet Homes Location and its customers (hereinafter ‘the Customer’) concerning the provision of entire properties for short and medium-term rental, as well as associated concierge services.

4. Services offered
Rental of fully furnished properties for short or medium-term stays
Traveller check-in/check-out
Cleaning and linen management
Supply of basic products
Traveller assistance and additional concierge services
5. Booking and confirmation
Any booking confirmed on the website, by email or via a partner platform implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Electronic confirmation (checkbox, digital signature or confirmation email) constitutes proof of commitment and has the same value as a handwritten signature.
6. Rates and payments
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
One-off services are paid for at the time of booking.
Recurring services are invoiced monthly, payable upon receipt.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, partner payment platforms.
7. Security deposit (mandatory and only by credit card imprint)
A security deposit is systematically required before keys are handed over.
The security deposit must be made exclusively by bank card imprint: no other means (cash, cheque, bank transfer, Swikly, etc.) are accepted.
Without a security deposit, access to the accommodation will be refused.
In the case of a non-refundable booking, failure to pay the security deposit will not result in any refund: the full cost of the stay remains due.
The deposit will be automatically refunded after the exit inventory, subject to any deductions in the event of damage or missing items.
8. Cancellation and modification – Flexible policy
The Customer may cancel their booking free of charge until midnight (00:00) on the scheduled day of arrival.
After this time, the total amount of the stay remains due.
In the event of a no-show (unreported absence), 100% of the stay will be charged.
9. Liability
Sweet Homes Location undertakes to provide services in accordance with current standards.
Its liability is limited to the amount of the booking, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The company cannot be held liable for the loss of valuables, damage related to the initial condition of the accommodation or in cases of force majeure.
10. Force majeure
In the event of an unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event (pandemic, strike, natural disaster, etc.), the performance of the contract may be suspended without compensation, with each party bearing its own costs.
11. Best rate guaranteed
By booking directly via the official website, the Customer benefits from the best rate guaranteed.

12. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for managing bookings and monitoring stays.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting: [email address].
13. Complaints and mediation
Any complaints must be addressed to Sweet Homes Location – Customer Service.
If no solution is found within 60 days, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman or the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
14. Applicable law and competent court
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts are those of Angoulême, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to the consumer.
15. Acceptance
The booking implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.
The French version prevails over any translation.
