In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests and to maintain the public nature of the facility, we have established the following terms and conditions, which are integrated into the accommodation agreement. If these terms and conditions are violated, we may cancel the accommodation agreement in accordance with Article 6 of the accommodation agreement.

1. In principle, it is prohibited to use a room with more than the number of guests contracted. If it is discovered that the number of guests contracted has been exceeded without notice, we will charge the excess amount.

2. The following acts are strictly prohibited within the facility.
(1) Smoking.
(2) Noisy acts such as singing and singing loudly, emitting bad odors, and other acts that cause disgust or inconvenience to third parties.
(3) Bringing in the following items.
-(a) Animals, birds, etc.
-(b) Stimulants, narcotics, and other chemicals prohibited from possession by law.
-(c) Fire or flammable explosives, volatile oils, and chemicals that pose a risk of bodily harm.
- (D) Firearms, swords, and similar items without a license.
- (E) Extremely large or heavy items.
- (F) Items that emit a foul odor.
- (G) Garbage and items that interfere with the hygiene of the guest rooms.
- (H) Other items that the facility has decided not to bring into the guest rooms.
(4) Acts that violate public order and morals.
(5) Moving, modifying, or removing any equipment or items within the facility, or using them for purposes other than their intended use.
(6) Leaving personal belongings outside the guest rooms.
(7) Entering facilities that are not for guest use.
(8) Using hair dyes, bleach, etc. in the bathroom.
(9) Commercial activities conducted without the permission of the facility.
(10) All other acts that interfere with safety and hygiene within the facility.

3. The following acts are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms.
(1) Use for purposes other than lodging.
(2) Meeting with visitors at the Facility.
(3) Pasting photographs or posters in the windows of the Facility, or displaying other items that damage the appearance of the Facility.

4. If a guest room key is lost, you will be charged the full cost of replacing the key.

当施設は、お客様に安全・快適なご利用をいただくためと、施設の持つ公共性を保持するため、宿泊約款と一体となる下記の規約を定めております。この規約に違反したときは、宿泊約款第 6 条の規定により、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。

１・契約人数を超えての客室利用は、原則禁止致します。申出なく契約人数を超えての利用が発覚した場合は、その超過利用分を請求致します。

２・当施設内での次に定める行為は固く禁止しております。
(1) 喫煙。
(2) 放歌高吟等の喧騒行為、異臭放散その他第三者に嫌悪感や迷惑を及ぼしたりする行為。
(3) 次に定める物品の持ち込み。
-(ア) 動物、鳥類等。
-(イ) 覚醒剤、麻薬類等、法令により所持を禁止されている薬品類。
-(ウ) 発火又は引火しやすい火薬や揮発油類及び身体に害を及ぼす危険性のある薬品。
-(エ) 許可証のない銃砲、刀剣類及びこれらの類似品。
-(オ) 著しく多量もしくは重量のある物品。
-(カ) 悪臭を発するもの。
-(キ) ごみ及び客室の衛生を妨げる物品。
-(ク) その他当施設が客室への持込みを禁止することとした物品。
(4) 公序良俗に反する行為。
(5) 館内の諸設備及び諸物品の移動、加工、持ち出し、及び本来の用途以外の目的での使用。
(6) 客室以外の場所での所持品の放置。
(7) 客用以外の施設への立ち入り。
(8) 浴室内での染毛・漂白剤等の使用。
(9) 当施設の許可なく行う、営利を目的とした活動。
(10) その他当施設内での安全及び衛生の妨げとなる全ての行為。

３・客室内での次に定める行為は固く禁止しております。
(1) 宿泊を目的としない利用。
(2) 外来者との当施設での面会。
(3) 当施設の窓に写真、ポスターを貼付し、その他施設の外観を損なう物品を掲示すること。

４・客室ルームキーを紛失した場合は、鍵交換工事に要する費用の全額を申し受けます。
