[Cancellation Policy]
- Within 24 hours of booking: Free
- From 24 hours after booking confirmation until 30 days before check-in: 50% of the total accommodation fee
- Less than 30 days before check-in until the day of arrival: 100% of the total accommodation fee
- No-show (Cancellation without notice): 100% of the total accommodation fee

*For reservations with check-in between April 1, 2026 and December 19, 2026 (off-season), the following more flexible cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 5 days before check-in: Free cancellation
- From 5 days before check-in until the day before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation fee
- On the day of arrival: 100% of the total accommodation fee
- No-show (cancellation without notice): 100% of the total accommodation fee

[Guarantee & Payment Policy]
Valid credit card details are required to secure your reservation.
50% of the total accommodation fee will be charged 24 hours after booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival.
*For reservations with check-in between April 1, 2026 and December 19, 2026 (off-season), the full accommodation fee (100%) will be charged on the check-out date.

[Children Policy]
Children aged 2 and under stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.
There is no need to include them in the guest count, but please let us know the number of children in the comments section.
