Hair colouring is prohibited indoors and in the bathroom.

Please be sure to turn off the power of the room and equipment when not in use and when leaving. Also, leaving water and hot springs running would be a penalty (¥10000)

Please be sure to turn off the oil stove when you sleep. Please contact us for the oil charge fee for the oil stove.

Meals can only be pre-booked.

Please be considerate of noise in the neighbourhood.

In the case of theft of fixtures and fittings, the actual cost (penalty ¥50000) will be collected.

Security cameras shall be established with the aim of preventing and suppressing crime and pollution/damage operations inside accommodation facilities, ensuring security, and contributing to the preservation of the number of guests and the maintenance of the hotel property. When the above case occurs, we would confirm the recorded image.

If you post mischievous or malicious comments or articles with false content in reviews on SNS, online bulletin boards, blogs, etc., we will take legal action.

If you have any questions, please contact us in advance and use it after wiping out your doubts.

The guests agree to approve the house rules by the host accommodation management and advance appointments, and in accordance with the policy, you agree to leave immediately. In addition, the accommodation fee, in that case, is not refunded. Or, you agree to pay the House Rule Penalty.
