Payment & Cancellation Terms
Bookings 42 Days in Advance of Arrival
A 35% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. The full balance will be collected automatically 42 days before the date of arrival. Once the balance has been paid, the booking will be wholly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note that if we are unable to collect the balance due to insufficient funds or an invalid card, we will send you an email with a payment link. If the payment remains unpaid within 7 days of the due date, we will assume the booking is no longer required and cancel the booking on your behalf. If there are any issues preventing you from making payment, please ensure you contact us prior to the booking being cancelled to inform us.
Bookings within 42 Days of Arrival
Full payment will be collected upon booking, and the booking will be wholly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that all guests consider travel insurance options. We understand that unfortunate circumstances can arise that prevent guests from joining us. As the terms of the booking are non-refundable, we are unable to offer exceptions to the policies. Travel insurance is there to protect you in the event you are unable to travel and ensures that you are covered should an unforeseen event occur.
