Maximum Allowed Per Unit:
6 Guests - An additional charge of $10 per night per guest applies to bookings with over 4 guests

General Policy

We are very proud of the condition we keep our units in. All units are non-smoking and due to possible allergies of other renters we do not allow pets.

All renters responsible for the units must be at least 25 years of age.
All reserved RV Parks or campsites must be suitable for a 30’ Trailer with 3' slide out.
Renter is responsible for booking their own campsite at one of our Service Areas.
Renter is responsible for associated campsite rental fees and personal travel costs.
Renter must read and accept the Rental Policy Agreement.
A full payment is due at the time of booking.
The full rental fee is non-refundable once your booking begins.

Booking confirmation is based on receipt of payment. During busy times, the first person to make the booking confirms the rental. If you have any questions, or need assistance with our booking system please call 250-585-2501, 8:30-5:00 Monday to Friday or email us at bookings@islandtimerv.ca for a quick response.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, or a booking change 60 days or greater prior to your check-in date; $50.

Short Notice Cancellation Period
31 to 60 days prior to check-in; $25 per night cancelled.
15 to 30 days prior to check-in; $50 per night cancelled.
1 to 14 days prior to check-in; $75 per night cancelled.
The full rental fee is non-refundable once your booking begins.

Currently during our peak season we have a 5 night minimum
