→ Electricity: Charges are not included; usage is measured at check-in and check-out

The cancellation and payment terms of clarity:

Cancellation policy:
- If the tenant cancels more than 30 days before the start of the lease, they will receive a full reimbursement of the deposit collected (equivalent to 100% of the reservation amount)
- If the tenant cancels less than 30 days before the leases begins, the deposit received at the time of reservation will not be reimbursed in full. Instead, it will be adjusted to account for cleaning fees and the tourist tax.

Landlord's Obligation:
- In the event of cancellation, the Landlord is required to pay double the total amount of the staying 7 days following the cancellation.

Reservation payment conditions:
- The reservation must be paid in full (100%) at the time of ordering
