- STRICTLY NON-SMOKING HOUSE: the full deposit will be retained if the flat smells of smoke.
- Pets are NOT allowed
- Parties and evenings NOT allowed
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
- Use of the jacuzzi must be requested at the time of booking or no later than 72 hours before check-in. A supplement of €50 will be charged for this service.

It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal :
1) by the tenant :
- more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will forfeit the deposit paid
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent for the period reserved as a penalty clause.

2) by the owner:
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the landlord must pay the tenant the full amount paid by the tenant + 10% as a penalty clause.
