Ocean Key Resort is a timeshare vacation resort that is across the street from the beach on the strip located at 424 Atlantic Avenue. Some Ocean Key Timeshare Resort vacation rental units have balconies that face the ocean (ocean view balcony) or Rudee inlet (marina view balcony) and some units do not have a balcony. Ocean Key Timeshare Resort is located near Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach. Vacation rentals are available in the following types of units at Ocean Key Resort: 1 bedrooms that sleep 4, 2 bedroom non-lockouts that sleep 6 and 2 bedroom lockouts that sleep 8. Lockout Units are two units that connect by a door to make one big unit. All Ocean Key 1 bedroom units feature a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. Ocean Key 2 bedroom non-lockout units that sleep 6 feature a king bed, 2 twin beds and a pullout sofa. Ocean Key 2 bedroom lockout units feature 2 king beds and 2 pullout sofa beds. Every rental unit includes at least 1 free parking spot!

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION PERIOD ON THESE VIRGINIA BEACH TIMEHARE RENTALS.UNLESS THE RESORT IS CLOSED(IF THE RESORT IS CLOSED AND UNAVAILABLE TO YOU, YOU WOULD GET A FULL REFUND). AMENITIES AT THE RESORTS ARE NEVER GUARANTEED TO BE OPEN NOR THE BEACH. We do HIGHLY RECOMMEND renters get trip insurance to protect their Virginia Beach vacation rental*** ONLY VB Timeshare Rentals Inc. may cancel a reservation(should there be an issue once booked, VB Timeshare Rentals Inc. will contact you right away and you would receive a full refund if the unit/dates are unavailable to use). If a Renter cannot or does not use the timeshare vacation property as indicated, all funds shall be deemed forfeit and released per the original rental terms. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. will try its best to get the Virginia Beach timeshare rental week re-rented at the original price and if so, you will receive a full refund (if re-rented at lower price, refund will be for amount the property was re-rented for). There is NO GUARANTEE VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or any of its employees can re-rent the Virginia Beach timeshare vacation rental week, but we try our very best!

Must be 21 to checkin at this resort. Check-in time for this resort is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in, the full balance for the rental is required. If you are booking more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental is due and balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
