The Colony Condominiums is an oceanfront resort located at 1301 Atlantic Avenue. All units at The Colony have an Oceanfront balcony. All units at The Colony are 2-bedroom sleeps 6 units with washer and dryer in the units and full kitchens, full living room and dining area for 6. Units have a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Every rental unit includes 1 free parking spot! This resort does not have extra parking spots available as the parking as this resort is very limited. Every unit at The Colony is decorated differently, so please inquire on specific units/dates if you would like to see exact pictures for that particular rental unit! This resort requires a $300 refundable damage deposit due at check-in. Check-in age is 25 for this resort. This resort is very strict on occupancy, max 6 people at all times (unless other people are also staying in this resort) and the resort reserves the right to ask you to leave if you go over the maximum occupancy and this includes children and infants.

This resort requires a $300 refundable deposit due at check-in. If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in, the full balance for the rental is required. If you are booking more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental is due and balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
