Resort is VERY STRICT on OCCUPANCY, no more than 6 guests sleeping in the units or management may ask you to leave. 1 parking spot included per unit! Linens included & shower and pool towels also included. Bring your own beach towels.Resort will supply starter of toilet paper and unit is fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc. All units have an oceanfront facing balcony. Floors available by date are listed above.You will get whatever floor is available at the time of the reservation unless there is more than 1 unit available at time of booking and we will contact you to find out which unit you would like(the cancellation policy applies even if you want a specific floor and it is not available). Must be 25 or over to checkin at this resort. This resort does require a $600 refundable damage deposit at checkin.
