Four Sails Resort is a oceanfront resort in Virginia Beach located at 3301 Atlantic Avenue. All units have an Oceanfront balcony. This resort features 1 bedrooms that sleep 4, 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 and 2 bedrooms that sleep 8. The 1 bedroom units are either Queen or King Suites. The difference between the King and Queen suites are the bed size and King Suites have a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The Queen suites have a queen bed and pullout sofa and a oceanfront balcony on the living room and a city view balcony off the bedrooms. The Queen suites are appx. 675 square feet. The King Suites have a king bed and pullout sofa and an oceanfront balcony off both the living room and bedroom. The King suites are appx. 720 square feet. There is an onsite cafe at this resort. The Cafe offers an ocean view and entrees featuring local favorites and serves breakfast and lunch daily. Dinner is in season only(mainly May-Sept.). Every Four Sails vacation rental unit includes 1 free parking spot!

Must be 21 to checkin at this resort. Check-in time for this resort is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in, the full balance for the rental is required. If you are booking more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental is due and balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Should you need other payment arrangements, please contact us before booking! THIS RESORT HAS ONLY 1 ELEVATOR, SHOULD THE ELEVATOR GO DOWN FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLIMB STAIRS TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO YOUR UNIT UNTIL THE ELEVATOR IS FIXED. OUR COMPANY NOR THE OWNER HAS ANY CONTROL OVER THE ELEVATOR AND THERE WILL BE NO COMPENSATION GIVEN IF IT GOES DOWN.
