Due to the fact of being guests of the family that offers some rooms, there are some small rules to be respected. To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, we invite you to read them carefully. At the time of check-in, it is taken for granted that you have read the rules.

-The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room, the bathroom and the pool, breakfast, parking, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of air conditioners and the use of all bathroom accessories. Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is extraordinary cleaning.
-The Structure accepts both Euro and Lek. Since all costs are calculated in Euros, guests who wish to pay in Lek can do so, at the official exchange rate in force that day, calculating the cost necessary to purchase Euros and not vice versa. Checks will not be accepted.
-Unless otherwise agreed, guests are accepted from 15:00 to 19:00; they must leave the structure by 9:30 am. A delay will result in an additional night being charged. However, please communicate your estimated time of arrival at least by the morning of the day of arrival.
-Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document for registration and at the same time to regularize the payment of the booked stay.
-Pets are not allowed inside the Bed & Breakfast.
-We specify that the rooms are designed for MAX 2 people and that the Structure is childfree.
-We are not responsible for personal items and valuables left unattended.
-It is also not allowed, for reasons of public safety, for guests to allow other people to enter the Bed & Breakfast at any time.
-It is forbidden within the premises: to smoke (it is possible to do this on the terrace), to connect any household appliance brought with you to the electrical system (with the exception of the batteri charger, the electric razor and the hairdryer in the bathroom sockets).
-It is not allowed to cook in the rooms and common areas, except for guests on the second-floor which have kitchens. We will not take charge of the preparation of foods taken externally by the guests.
-The structure offers a restaurant service, not included in the rate, to be agreed.
-It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00. In any case, please maintain a behavior that in any moment of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
-Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B&b and for the improper use of complementary equipment. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the cost will be charged. Take care to turn off the light in the rooms, air conditioners, and other systems when you are out of the room and avoid improper use (for ex. air conditioner with open window). We also invite guests to throw their waste in the appropriate bin in the parking lot before leaving the room.
-We are not liable for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water or Internet connection not dependent on our will.
-As the B&bs are small family-run structures, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as is the case in hotels.

POOL RULES
-Access to the swimming pool is allowed from 9.00 to 20.00.
-Before entering the water, please take a shower.
-Please access the pool of the B&B with special slippers.
-Please do not enter the water in case of wounds, abrasions, lesions or skin alterations of a suspected infected nature (warts, dermatitis, mycosis).
-It is forbidden to run, dive, play noisy games and occupy the deck chairs if you are absent.
-It is forbidden to use the B&B towels instead of the beach towel (they can be rented at our facility).
