To reserve Nunoya, you can book on line. The deposit of 100% will be charged by credit card at your booking. Payment options are credit card only. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.

In the event of canceling a booking. Cancellations within 72 hours after booking. no cancelation fee occurred. After 72 hours of booking, in case of cancellation, there is no refund.

Check-in from 3pm to 8pm, check-out 7-10am. Out of hours late check-in/early check-out may available depends on the condition.

Towels are included in the price of the hotel.

During your stay the client must agree to be considerate to the neighbors, to take good care of Nunoya and its contents and to leave Nunoya tidy and in good order. If extra cleaning is required due to the house being left in an unacceptable condition, an extra charge will be requested.

The client should inform us of any faults, damages or defects to Nunoya or appliances, in order that they can be rectified as soon as possible.

We have the right to enter the room at any time in an emergency to carry out essential repairs or at a time that is mutually agreeable to the client for maintenance work and cleaning.

Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel.

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Owner does not accept liability for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your stay. You are recommended to provide your own adequate travel insurance to cover you for holiday cancellation, flight delays, personal loss or injury and medical emergencies.

Owner will not accept liability for: - any stoppage or defect of public services to Nunoya, i.e. electricity - any damage, loss or injury as a result of weather conditions, war, riot, strikes or other factors outside of our control.

Under no circumstances shall Owners’ liability be more than the amount paid for the rental period.

n the event of a complaint against Owner or Nunoya, this should be communicated to us immediately, so that we can take all reasonable steps to rectify and resolve the matter. No liability shall be accepted for any complaints received at a later date.
