At the River Arts Club, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and unparalleled service. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read and acknowledge this policy before completing your booking.

1. Cancellation Periods:
• Standard Reservation [up to 2 rooms]: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges.
• Group Reservation [3 rooms or more]: For group reservations, a longer cancellation notice period of 28 days is required to avoid charges.

2. Cancellation Charges:
• Standard Reservation [up to 2 rooms]: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount.
• Group Reservation [3 rooms or more]: Cancellations made within 28 days of the scheduled arrival date for group bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date for group bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount.

3. Bookings made within the Cancellation Period:
If a booking is made within the cancellation period, the reservation is non-refundable at the point of confirmation.

4. No-show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

5. Modification Policy:
Guests are allowed to modify their reservation dates within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability and any rate differences.

6. Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount refunded will be net of any applicable cancellation fees.

7. Force Majeure:
River Arts Club understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of genuine force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Acknowledgment:
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. River Arts Club reserves the right to amend this policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated to guests in a timely manner.

Suite with River View

Our Club suites (over 50 sq.m) are large stately rooms with sweeping views of the river. They all have living areas, private outside terraces, with some having open fireplaces and access to the garden. They all have large bathrooms with roll top baths, walk in showers and twin vanity basins.
