It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal :
1) by the tenant :
- more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will forfeit the deposit paid
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent for the period reserved as a penalty clause.

2) by the owner:
- less than 7 days before the lease takes effect, the landlord must pay the tenant the full amount paid by the tenant + 10% as a penalty clause.
