Cancellations of bookings made directly via our homepage, by email, phone, or in person can be made free of charge up to [60 days before arrival]. Thereafter, cancellation fees amounting to [100%] of the total price will be charged. In case of non-arrival without cancellation, the total amount will be due. For bookings made through third-party providers such as Booking.com, HRS, etc., the cancellation policies of the respective provider apply.

General Terms and Conditions for Naturhotel Blaubach

Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental use of hotel rooms for lodging purposes, as well as all other services and deliveries provided to the guest by Naturhotel Blaubach, operated by W&K Immobilienverwaltung GmbH, Bahnhofstraße 3, 67059 Ludwigshafen.

Conclusion of Contract and Contractual Partners
The contractual partners are Naturhotel Blaubach and the guest. The contract is concluded through the acceptance of the guest's request by the hotel.

Services, Prices, Payment, Offsetting
W&K Immobilienverwaltung GmbH commits to keeping the rooms booked by the guest available and to provide the agreed services. The guest is obligated to pay the prices agreed upon or applicable for the room provision and for other services used by the guest.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon availability and request. These services require confirmation by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Cancellation
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the contract for materially justified reasons, particularly in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control that make the fulfillment of the contract impossible.

Room Provision, Handover, and Return
Hotel rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the agreed day of arrival. On the agreed day of departure, rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Hotel Liability
The hotel is liable for its obligations under the accommodation contract with the due diligence of a GmbH (limited liability company). For damages not associated with the provision of lodging services, the hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Data Protection
Personal data of the guest will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

​

Choice of Law
All disputes arising from or in connection with the accommodation contract shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of the UN Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded. For consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes and have their habitual residence in another country, the mandatory provisions of this country remain unaffected by this choice of law.

Jurisdiction
For all disputes arising from or in connection with the accommodation contract, the jurisdiction shall be the seat of W&K Immobilienverwaltung GmbH in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, insofar as this is legally permissible. If the guest does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or in another EU member state, or if the guest's domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time of filing a lawsuit, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the location of our hotel. This jurisdiction applies to a consumer only if they do not have a residence within the European Union.

Final Provisions
Amendments or supplements to the contract, the acceptance of the application, or these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Unilateral amendments or supplements by the guest are ineffective.
