• If the guest doesn’t show up, no refund will be issued.

Child Policies
• Children 2 y.o. and under can stay for free. However, must be limited according to room occupancy.
• Children from 3 to 17 years old can stay for PHP 700.00 per child per night.

Extra Bed Policy
Adults stay for PHP 700.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

Reservation Policy
• Reservations shall not be guaranteed until confirmation has been received.

Smoking and Vaping Policy:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, in accordance with local government ordinance. A penalty of Php 10,000 per violation will be applied.

Restaurant and Food Policies:
• The restaurant operates from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with last orders taken at 8:00 PM.
• Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Guests must wear proper attire in the restaurant; swimwear and shirtless dining are not permitted.
• Consumption of outside food and drinks is allowed only in guest rooms or private terraces.
• A service charge applies for food delivered to rooms:
Apartment 60m² & Cliff Villa: Php 500
Apartment 30m², 40m² & 50m²: Php 350

Noise, Parties, and Visitors:
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Maintain minimal noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• For security and privacy reasons, outside visitors are strictly prohibited in the room.

Pet Policy:
No pets are permitted on the property.

Housekeeping and Room Care:
• Rooms are cleaned daily.
• Towels will be replaced only if left on the floor; otherwise, please hang them to dry.
• Bedding and linens are changed every third day, unless requested or necessary.
• Return your room key at Reception/Restaurant before checking out.

Lost or damaged keys incur a Php 500 replacement fee:
• All items provided in rooms must remain there, except for beach towels, which may be used outdoors if supplied.
• Turn off air conditioners and TVs when not in use, especially if you will be away for more than an hour or during generator operation. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is running.
• Ensure doors and windows are always closed to prevent insects or reptiles from entering.

Liability and Security:
Management is not responsible for lost valuables, vehicles, or their contents.

Laundry and Room Maintenance:
• Do not hang clothes or items on the wooden terrace fence; use the provided laundry lines and limit outdoor hanging to a reasonable time.
• No items may be affixed to floors, walls, or ceilings using nails, screws, glue, or other methods. Any damage will be billed to the guest.

Check-Out Procedures:
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please check out at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
• Guests leaving before 7:00 AM must settle bills the previous night.
• At check-out, staff will inspect the room. Missing or damaged items will be charged to your account.
• Rooms left in an uninhabitable condition - due to lingering odors, excessive mess, or vandalism - will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
