◆Cancellation policy

Please cancel your reservation at least 3 days before the reservation date.

If you cancel after this date or if you do not contact us by 8:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation and do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

How to notify us of your cancellation
If you wish to cancel, please cancel via the website.

◆Exceptions
A cancellation fee is not required in the following cases only.

- If a disaster has caused damage to the area and we are unable to accommodate you.

- If the boat service between Setoda and Mihara and Setoda and Onomichi has been cancelled due to bad weather or a disaster, even though you were close by.

Or if buses from the Shikoku area are suspended.

Onzo Terms of Use

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, Bed & Cafe "Onzo" (hereinafter referred to as the Facility) has established the following terms of use, so please cooperate with us.
Please note that if you do not abide by these terms, you will be refused use of the Facility.

1. Scope of Application
(1) These terms apply to visitors to the Facility (including all accommodation facilities, grounds, etc.).

2. Fire Prevention and Security
(1) All rooms in the Facility are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please be sure to use the designated outdoor smoking area.

3. Handling of Deposited Items, Lost Property, etc.
Deposited items will be stored for one week from the date of deposit. After that, they will be disposed of by the Hotel. Lost and found items will be handled in accordance with the law (Lost Property Act).

4. Facility
(1) We do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the guest area.
(2) You can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee, but please take out the laundry immediately after use so as not to disturb the next user.

In addition, we do not allow the use of the washing machine and dryer between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. the following morning to prevent noise pollution.

(3) Facility availability

Shared space: 24 hours

Washing machine and dryer: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (However, guests staying in room 202 can use them 24 hours a day)

Check-in: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Check-out: until 12 p.m.

5. Behavior

(1) Guests using this facility must follow the instructions of our staff. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave the facility.

(2) Smoking is prohibited throughout this facility. If you smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area.

(3) Please dispose of any garbage generated at this facility according to the rules of our facility.

(4) If you have consumed alcohol at this facility, you will not be able to drive a car or ride a bicycle.
(5) You may not bring dangerous objects or items prohibited by law into this facility.

(6) After 10 p.m., please be mindful of noise and other factors so as not to disturb other guests.

6. Regarding liability
(1) We are not responsible for any disputes that arise between guests of this facility. Any disputes must be resolved between the parties involved.

7. Other prohibited acts
(1) Gambling or other acts that disrupt public morals at this facility.
(2) Loud shouting, singing, or other noisy acts that disturb other guests at this facility.
(3) Being in a state of extreme filth or clothing that is deemed likely to disturb other guests.
(4) Using guest rooms for purposes other than lodging and eating and drinking without permission from this facility.
(5) Bringing into this facility any items that will disturb other guests.
(6) Any acts that change the current state of the facility's equipment or items, such as damaging or placing foreign objects on them, or moving them to another location without permission from this facility. Also, taking items out of the facility.
(7) Advertising, distributing promotional materials, posting notices, selling goods, soliciting, business activities, distributing flyers, signature campaigns, etc., without permission at the facility.

(8) Any other activities that the hotel deems inappropriate.

8. Information

(1) The name of the facility, Bed & Cafe "Onzo", is prohibited from being used by any third party other than the hotel.

(2) The facility is a guesthouse defined as a simple lodging facility, and is operated with a hotel business license.

(3) The handling of personal information registered when using the facility will follow the privacy policy established by the hotel.

(4) The email address registered when using the facility can be used to advertise or notify guests at any time by the hotel.

(5) The photos, text, and designs posted on this website and the hotel's SNS will become the property of the hotel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

(6) The content of these terms of use may be changed without notice, and there is no obligation to notify you in advance.

9. Regarding staff patrols within the building
(1) Cleaning and patrolling within the building may be performed by male staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Supplementary Provision: These regulations will come into effect on March 31, 2021.
