(Application Scope) Article 1: The accommodation contract and any related contracts concluded between the facility and the guest shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or by generally established customs. Article 2: Persons intending to stay at the facility shall provide the following information:

• Name, address, and occupation of the guest
• Date of stay and expected time of arrival
• Departure date and expected time of departure
• Accommodation charges
• Other matters deemed necessary by the facility

(Acceptance of Accommodation Requests) Article 3: The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract under the following circumstances:

• If the accommodation request does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• If the person intending to stay has conducted behavior that significantly inconveniences neighboring residents.
• If the person intending to stay is clearly recognized as an infectious disease carrier.
• If violent demands are made regarding the stay, or an unreasonable burden is requested.
• If accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
• If the person intending to stay is deemed likely to act in violation of laws, public order, or good morals regarding the stay.
• If the person intending to stay is recognized as belonging to any of the following: a. A gang (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gang Members, Act No. 77 of 1991), a gang member (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the same Act), a quasi-member of a gang, or other antisocial forces. b. A corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by a gang or gang members. c. A corporation that has a gang member among its officers.

(Room Usage Time) Article 4: Guests can use the facility's rooms until 11:00 AM on the scheduled checkout date. An additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for every hour past 11:00 AM if not checked out, payable in cash only. If there is no response from the guest when the intercom is used at 11:00 AM, it is presumed that the cleaning staff has permission to enter.

(Compliance with Usage Rules) Article 5: Guests must comply with the usage rules posted within the facility by the facility.

(Storage of Guest's Luggage or Belongings) Article 6: If a guest's luggage or belongings are left at the facility after checkout, the facility will store them for 14 days. However, food and drink items will be disposed of on the day of checkout, and other forgotten items will be disposed of after 14 days.

(Guest's Responsibility) Article 7: Guests are responsible for compensating the facility for any damage caused by their intent or negligence.

2. Smoking is prohibited within the facility. If smoking is detected in a room, the guest will be charged the full cost of cleaning.
3. The facility is not responsible for any theft or other harm suffered within the premises.
4. Guests are aware that they may be asked to leave if falsehoods such as the number of guests or guest names are discovered.
5. Guests are responsible for compensating for the loss or damage of amenities not caused by their negligence.

Article 8: Cancellation Policy

• 30 days prior: Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date.
• 14 days prior: 50% refund if canceled up to 14 days before the check-in date.
• 7 days prior: No refund for cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date or later.
