cancellation policy

1. Cancellation Deadline:
Individual Reservations: You must cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Group Reservations (3 rooms or more): Group reservations have a different cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Methods:

3. Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your reservation within the specified cancellation period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charge will be applied.

4. Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some promotional rates, special packages, or non-refundable reservations may have stricter cancellation policies. Please review your reservation details carefully.

5. Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used during booking within 7 business days.

6. No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date and have not canceled your reservation in advance, you will be charged for the entire stay.

7. Early Departure:
If you decide to check out earlier than your original departure date, the hotel may charge an early departure fee equivalent to one night's room rate.

8. Special Event Periods:
During peak seasons, holidays, and special events, our cancellation policy may be subject to modification. Please check the specific cancellation policy for your dates when booking. Carnival and Christmas holidays are non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Bookings:

general policy

Reservation and Check-In Policy: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check-in at the hotel. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests may be required to provide a valid form of identification and a credit card upon check-in. A deposit or per-authorization on the credit card may be required at check-in.

Room Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests per room is based on room type and size. The occupancy limit will be communicated during the booking process and enforced upon check-in. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee.

Payment Policy: We accept major credit cards and cash as payment. All reservations must be paid in full upon check-in. Any additional charges, such as room service, mini-bar, or other amenities, will be charged to the guest's credit card on file. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and restaurants. Guests who violate the smoking policy may be fined and asked to leave the hotel.

Noise Policy: We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in fines or eviction from the hotel.

Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel room or property. Any damages will be charged to the guest's credit card on file. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit or credit limit, guests will be responsible for paying the balance.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of service animals. Any guests found with a pet will be charged a cleaning fee and asked to leave the hotel.

General Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of the stay.
