→ No partying or parties (penalty of 300€ if facts are found)
→ The Tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
→ No illegal activities or activities contrary to public decency
→ Cleaning package for each booking = surface cleaning + provision of clean linen
→ Pets are not allowed
→ For the comfort and safety of all travellers, only the people mentioned at the time of booking are allowed to enter the building. However, if you wish to welcome a family member or friend, we should be asked for authorisation before. In this way, we want to protect travellers from nuisance caused by inappropriate trips.

- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained by the owner.
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the planned arrival date, the owner may ask for the full price of the stay.
- If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the accommodation. The deposit also remains the property of the owner, who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
- If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains the property of the owner. No refund will be made.

30% on reservation, balance (70%) 10 days before arrival.
