Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

House Rules
1. Guest agrees to all house rules once the booking is complete; the Guest agrees to comply with all rules during their stay and to read the house book. The guest agrees to communicate any questions about practices before the visit.
2. Identify and pay for additional guest(s) prior to arrival.
3. No pets.
4. Alcohol, drugs, or smoking is not allowed (including vapes).
5. No parties or events. No loud sounds or aggressive behavior at any time. Quiet hours are 9 pm -8 am.
6. No harvesting of produce and/or wood. No feeding the animals or hunting.
7. Shoes are not permitted inside any structures.
8. No entering into any nonpublic, un-rented structure.
9. Only one car per party unless given permission directly from the host before arrival.
10. If any items are broken/lost during the stay by the guest, the guest will immediately communicate with Golden Cup Homestead to alert the host of the broken/lost item(s). Guest agrees to pay for replacement (including labor and administration fee) immediately.
