  • Complimentary Date Changes: Modify your stay dates without any additional change fees (subject to seasonal rate differences).

Holiday Period Policy: Please note that the flexible policy does not apply to the Christmas and New Year period (December 19 – January 11). All bookings made during these dates are non-refundable and require full commitment at the time of booking.

All rates are based on up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $60 per person, per night. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests

  • Payment: No payment taken until 30 days before arrival.
  • Flexibility: 100% refundable and changeable up until 30 days before check-in. (Within 30 days, booking becomes non-refundable).
