To keep your vacation and our rooms as affordable as possible, we have made certain choices. We only have double rooms, no single rooms. Unfortunately, we can only very slightly accommodate single occupancy of a double room. As sorry as we are, we hope for your understanding.

Due to organizational reasons, we can only accept bookings with a minimum of 2 nights, for the summer (+/- July until mid September) 3 nights.

Our double rooms are not suitable for extra beds.

A 3rd person in the family room will be charged according age. Above the age of 6 years €10, - and as of 12 years €20, - per person per night extra. Please, select child (under 12) or adult (over 12) on the request form. If the child is younger than 6, please state it in the comments. We will then deduct €10,- per night on the final booking.

Our conditions are as follows:

  • You can book via booking.com or directly with us.
  • Via booking.com you have the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, after that 50% of the amount is due. If you book directly, you can also cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The total amount must be received on our account on the 30th day before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled by us. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, half of the total amount will be refunded to you.
  • For direct bookings of 7 nights or more, we offer a 7% discount.
  • Prices are per room unless otherwise stated.
  • Local taxes will be charged on site. (€ 2,- per person per day from age 15).
  • Check-in from 15:00 - check-out until 11:00. Other arrival times? Please clarify.
  • We're sorry, but we can't accept pets.
  • We trust our new booking system, but still reserve the right to cancel your reservation again, should something have gone wrong. If necessary, this will be done within 24 hours. So no news is good news.
  • For everything that is not described or agreed, the ‘General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)’ apply.
