General cancellation policy and fees:

1. Offer "Basic price without breakfast" / "Basic price including breakfast":
- more than 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50€
- 31 - 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of booked services
- 30 and less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services
Changing the date is possible depending on capacity after agreement withthe reception, in some cases a surcharge may be required.

2. Offer "Non-refund price without breakfast / Non-refund price including breakfast "":
- the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services

3. Offer "Flexible price without breakfast / Flexible price including breakfast "
- 3 and more days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of booked services
- 2 and less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services

Cancelation fees may vary according to season of the stay. Such a changes are clear visible in the web reservation form and also in reservation confirmation email.
