Due to the limited hot spring supply source, the hot spring at Garden Terrace Izukogen operates during specific hours. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of the designated hours for hot spring usage.

Please note the following operating hours and days off for the hot spring:

Regular Hours:
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 6AM to 12AM
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3PM to 12AM

During High Seasons:
-New Year’s holiday season: December 30th to January 5th: 6AM to 12AM
-Spring break: March 25th to April 7th: 6AM to 12AM
-Summer vacation: July 25th to August 31st: 6AM to 12AM.

Regular Day Off:
-Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday

Please note that regular hot water is available at any time, and the hot spring is only closed on the specified days off. We offer a discounted price for the accommodation on the days when the hot spring is closed(every 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

The house of layout features 4LDK design, with a living room, a dining room, Japanese-style room, a kitchen, a washroom, a bath, a toilet on the first floor, and three bedrooms, and another toilet on the second floor. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Both the first and second stories have balconies.

We provide a variety of seasonings, including salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, and cooking oil. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, pot, pans, and more. Tableware is also available for your convenience.

We provide the following amenities as standard: 
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. For guests staying more than 3 days, we offer an additional set of towels for each guest.

Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener for your convenience.

We provide only Amazon prime and Youtube but not terrestrial digital board casting.

There are two parking spaces available on the premises.
-If you have a large car, please exercise caution when parking.
-It is possible to park two cars if they are mini vans, e.g. Toyota Alphard, or smaller.

We offer a gas BBQ grill for your use during your stay. There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the grill for the entirety of your stay. We provide condiments such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oil, as well as essential equipment including tongs, griddles, fire starters, and a lighter. Please remember to bring your own butane canister and food for the BBQ. The BBQ grill is available for you to use from 9 AM to 9 PM.

To make the payment, you can conveniently use your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation.

After using the BBQ, we kindly request that you clean the deck/ Detailed instructions on how to clean it will be provided. 
Please note that bringing charcoal into the premises is not allowed.

【 Prohibited matter 】
The following are prohibited for guests:
-Making loud noise such as conversations or playing loud music, especially during nighttime, is prohibited.
-Smoking inside the rooms; smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
-Setting off fireworks within the premises.

Please adhere to the rules. If you are unable to comply, we may need to ask  you to vacate the premises without any refund.


Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Akazawa Kaigan.  It takes approximately 15-minute by car.

The facility is surrounded by nature, and during spring and summer, it is possible for insects to be active and occasionally enter the premises. While we take measures to prevent their entry, it may not be possible to completely eliminate them. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

 ++Cleaning for consecutive nights++
Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during your consecutive nights of stay. Cleaning will be conducted only after your check-out.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++

All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.
Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
