Toilet/Bath There is a private flush toilet (with a washlet) next to the room.
You can use the bath once for free at Shinshu Matsukawa Onsen Seiryuen, which is 5 minutes away by car. (Bath towel and hand towel included)
*Seiryuen is closed on Wednesdays, so please use "Shinshu Takamori Onsen Odai-no-Yakata".
 
Air conditioning/heating electric fan, ceramic fan heater, pellet stove.

*There are no frying pans, pots, or seasonings.

If you cancel your reservation or change the details (date, number of guests, meals, etc.), you will be charged the following "cancellation/change fee" starting 20 days before your stay.
・20 days ago - 8 days ago: 20% of the applicable fee
・7 days ago - 2 days ago: 30% of the applicable fee
・The day before: 50% of the applicable fee
・On the day (including no contact): 100% of the applicable fee
※Please note that if you contact us to cancel after 17:00, the cancellation processing at the counter will be the next day, so the cancellation date will be treated as the next day.
