After validation of your booking, any extension or modification of your stay will be made according to the availability and possibilities of Tamar’INN.
We invite you to inform us of changes as soon as possible.

A deposit of 30% is required when booking.

Standard cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains acquired and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation on 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be due.

Cancellation conditions for our "non-cancellable, non-refundable" special offers:
- The stay cannot be canceled and the entire stay will be due in the event of cancellation.

The payment information provided when booking will be used, otherwise the customer will have to pay the remaining amount of the cancellation fees by bank transfer or credit card.

1 Capacity
The customer acknowledges being able to sign a contract, namely:

Be legally capable

3 Right of withdrawal
The services offered by TAMAR’INN are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code regarding distance selling.
According to article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport services of goods, car rentals, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period;
Consequently, the services ordered are exclusively subject to the conditions of cancellation and modifications provided for in these General Terms and Conditions. and the customer will not be able to invoke the right of withdrawal.

4 Prices
Our prices are expressed including VAT.
Our prices are subject to change depending on changes in applicable VAT rates or at any time depending on the choice of management. Any reservation already validated will not be impacted.
The tourist tax imposed by the CASUD (Communauté d'agglomération du Sud) is due in addition to the prices displayed and will be invoiced when paying for the service, at the rate of €4/person/night for our type of establishment.

5 Remote reservation
When booking, the mandatory information requested will be as follows:
Title, Name(s), First name(s)
Telephone number and Email address
An email will be sent summarizing the information provided and the details of your stay.
The reservation will only be effective after receipt of payment of the deposit. A payment on the day of reservation will be requested. Depending on the situations, the date of the service as well as attendance, a longer period may be granted, at the discretion of management.

6 Good behavior
Behavior and noises
Tamar’INN is a place of rest, relaxation and well-being. In order to best guarantee this vision of our establishment, we will ensure that noisy, incorrect behavior contrary to good morals and public order is not tolerated.
Thus, management may take the decision to exclude from Tamar’INN at any time the customer who has engaged in the behavior mentioned above, without reimbursement of their stay.
Correct outfit required
Tamar’INN has the freedom not to welcome into its establishment customers whose attire is indecent

8 Occupancy of the site, rooms
Any person not known to Tamar’Inn at the time of booking and handing over the keys will not be accepted into the establishment, whether in the room or in the establishment.

Additional child
The rooms are designed for two people (a double bed).
Optionally, upon prior request when booking and subject to availability, an extra bed can be installed for a child up to 13 years old.

9 Deterioration, missing objects
Any damage or missing item will result in invoicing, within 24 hours, for the amount of the damage. This amount may include the repair or replacement as well as the resulting operating loss.
By missing object we mean any furniture, equipment, textiles and accessories made available to customers.
At the customer's request, a complete inspection of the room may be carried out in their presence, upon departure, in order to remove any uncertainty regarding the smooth running of the stay.
Smoking in the room also constitutes a deterioration and will be billed for at least one additional night (depending on the consequences, the billing may be higher).
The responsibility lies with the person who booked.

10 Ban on smoking and vaping
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in indoor spaces or collective outdoor spaces.
Smoking is also prohibited in the sauna or spa.
An untimely triggering of the smoke detector will be charged €80 for the intervention and reactivation.

11 Animals
Our animal friends are not accepted in our establishment.

12 Acceptance hereof, competent jurisdiction
The customer acknowledges and accepts these general conditions of sale GTC. once he has validated his reservation by payment of the deposit.
In the event of non-compliance with one of these conditions, Tamar’INN will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment, without reimbursement for their stay.
The court at the headquarters of SARL TAMAR’INN is the only competent court in the event of possible disputes.
