It is agreed that in case of cancellation/disappointment :

* by the Tenant :
- more than 14 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit cashed at the time of the reservation (40% of the reservation amount)
- less than 14 days before the start of the lease, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the reservation, representing the total amount of the stay, minus the cleaning fees and tourist tax

* from the Landlord :
within seven days of withdrawal, he is required to pay double the deposit to the Tenant.

Conditions of payment of the reservation :
- deposit : 40% at the time of reservation
- balance : 60 % 14 days before the date of entry into the premises
