[Rooms]
It is an old house, but all the interior has been renovated for your comfort.

[Capacity]
* Max. 11 people
Children under 5 years old are free of charge. If you need a futon, please make a reservation as an adult.

[Reservations]
* As a rule, reservations must be made 3 months in advance.

[Cancellation fee] * Cancellation on the day of the reservation or the day before: No cancellation fee will be charged.
* Cancellation on the day of the reservation or the day before: 100% of the fee.
* Cancellation 2 to 7 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the room charge

[Check-in * Check-out]
* Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

[Dining]
* There are no meals available at the Omishima Space. We do not prepare meals at the Omishima space.
* Catering of local food and dishes is available (see website for details). (Please see our website for details.) * If you wish to have your meal catered, please make your choice at the time of reservation.
* If you wish, please choose from the options at the time of reservation.

[For a stay of 2 nights or more, please choose from the following options at the time of reservation.]
* No sheets/towels are changed and no cleaning is provided. Please use the washer/dryer (free of charge) for laundry.

[About BBQ]
* Please let us know in advance if you wish to have a BBQ.
* Please use charcoal (pea charcoal or binchotan) that will not scatter sparks from the fire, as there is a mountain behind the house.
* You can purchase one batch of bean charcoal for 500 yen.
* A barbecue set [stove (Weber) / net / table * chairs / BBQ utensils / lanterns / charcoal] can be rented for 3,500 yen per set.

[Before making a reservation or using the facilities]
* Reservations are generally accepted up to 3 months in advance.
* No staff members are stationed at the facility. Please contact us by phone if you need to use the room.
* There is no TV. Please enjoy the quiet time and conversation with your friends.
* There are private houses in the vicinity. Please be careful of noise.
* Smoking is not allowed in the building. Please enjoy smoking outside.
* The inn is an old building. Please understand that insects and wind may enter the building. (Insect repellents are available.) * Pets are not allowed in the building.
* Please refrain from bringing pets inside the building. (We will provide insect repellents.) * Please do not bring pets inside the building.
* Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring an assistance dog.
* The inn is not responsible for any problems such as theft or loss.
