You can cancel without paying any cancellation fee until 3 days before the reservation date.
We charge a cancellation fee of 50% per room rate in case of cancellation made 2days before the date of Check In.
In case of cancellation on the day and no show, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

ゲストハウスかるた(以下、当館という)では、お客様に安全かつ快適にご利用いただくために次の通り利用規約規則を定めておりますので、ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。この規則をお守りいただけない場合は、ご利用をお断りすることもございますので、予めご了承ください。

【適用範囲】
当館の全施設ご利用の来館者に適用させていただきます。

【宿泊に関して】
年齢制限あり、当館のご利用は12才以上からとなります。

宿泊客が当館の客室を使用できる時間は15時から翌朝11時までとします。ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。

チェックイン　15:00〜21:00
チェックアウト　〜11:00
※ご到着が遅くなる場合はお知らせください。
※11:00〜15:00の間は、館内の清掃や各お部屋のメイキングの時間となります。
共有スペースにつきましては、清掃時間中のご利用はご遠慮ください。

お布団のセットはご自身にてお願いしております。
事前セットご希望の場合はお知らせください。

お荷物お預かり　8:00〜21:00

犬、猫、小鳥等の動物、ペット全般の持ち込みは出来ません。

【施設に関して】
古い町家を改修した建物のため、各部屋の防音設備が万全ではありません。
近隣、おやすみの方にご配慮お願いいたします。
また、館内各所に段差がございます。

※23:00に施錠、消灯いたします。
チェックイン後の門限はありません。事前に玄関の鍵のご案内をいたします。また、読書等はごゆっくりお楽しみください。

駐車場は、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。

【火災予防および保安に関して】
全館禁煙となります。
スタッフ施設、蔵などお客様用以外の施設には立ち入らないでください。

【お預かり品、お忘れ物等の取り扱い】
宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物または携帯品が当館に置き忘れていた場合は、遺失物法の規定に基づき処理します。

【責任に関して】
故意過失により施設・備品等に破損などが生じた場合は、その修理にかかる費用をお客様に請求させていただきます。
当施設、及び当施設敷地内で発生した事故や災害、盗難に関するトラブルには一切責任を負いかねます。必ずお客様自身で貴重品や行動の管理を行ってください。
当施設利用者間に発生したトラブルには一切責任を負いかねます。必ず当事者間にて解決してください。
