*HOUSE
Floor plan: 3LDK (living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom (Western-style room, Japanese-Western style room, Japanese-style room), bath, toilet x 2).
Open kitchen: microwave oven, toaster oven, kettle, two-burner gas stove, refrigerator, and electric coffee mill.
The coffee beans are made from beans that the host is particular about, and have been roasted within 2 weeks prior to the date.

There is also a washing machine, so it is also ideal for long-term stays.

*BEDROOM
The composition of the bedroom and bedding is as follows.
Western-style room → 2 semi-double beds
Japanese-Western style room → 1 double bed, 1 futon
Japanese-style room → 10 futons

*AMENITIES
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, shaver, etc. are available as they would be in hotels.

*KITCHEN
Seasonings include salt, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper, and salad oil.
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pots, bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
As for tableware, you can freely use chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, etc.

*PEOJECTOR&TV
You can watch Amazon Prime Video and YouTube on the projector. No Digital terrestrial broadcasting.

*BBQ 
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.  There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc.Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof. 

*PARKING
There is parking space available for up to 4 cars.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&Fireworks++
Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Kawazuhama Beach. It takes approximately 10-minute by car.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
The room is completely non-smoking. Please use the smoking space on the balcony.
If smoking is found indoors, we will charge the cost of deodorizing and cleaning.

++Precautions for use++
If the usage situation is extremely poor, we may charge a separate cleaning fee / compensation for damages. In addition, if an item is damaged or stolen, the full amount will be charged.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++　October 4, 2021
All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.

Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
